Mobile App for Movie Theater Tickets

Project Brief

This is a user-friendly mobile app for buying and using movie theater tickets. This app provides users with an integrated platform so that they can easily choose movies, purchase tickets, choose seats, and even get some snacks, thus improving the convenience and enjoyment of cinema visits.

Goals

When I first started this project, I wanted to use the Movie Theater Tickets app to create a more portable and enjoyable way for users to purchase movie tickets. I believe that presenting movies quickly to users as a choice and guiding them to make purchases is a good approach.

Research

The first step in this project was to create two characters, namely the user who wanted to watch a movie and their companions. These characters helped me better understand the process the user wanted by using the movie tickets app through personification to go to the movie theater. Then, I used sticky notes to draw their journey. I divided the goals into processes according to the order of time and tasks and obtained more accurate results, The behavior and motivation of the target audience.

I have focused on user reflection, and this can give me a lot of help can learning more about what my audience wants. User tests can give me a lot of feedback that I get with my recommended part what have a lot extra information at the first time. And then I delete them and put them to a single page.

Information Architecture is a huge value for UX designers to decide what kind of function they need in a huge software. and it can help the designer to design every page. The user Jurney map can help the designer to design the actual page that is important or that can be ignored.
